Is there really no per-ticket fee?
No per-ticket fee on any plan. We make our money on card processing, which is the business Cloud 9 Payments is already in. Adding a ticket tax on top would contradict how we price everything else.
What do buyers see at checkout?
The ticket price. There is no platform service fee line, because there is no platform service fee.
Do we have to switch processors?
Not to try it. The Software only plan runs on your current processor. Most organizations move their events over once they compare the rates, and the monthly fee goes away when they do.
What about free events?
Free tickets cost nothing on every plan. Capacity, questions, QR tickets, and check-in all work the same way.
Can we take checks and cash?
Yes. Record an offline order and it lands in the same order list and the same export as card sales, with real tickets issued.
How do refunds work?
Full or partial, from the order list, back to the original card. A full refund releases the seat back into inventory and the QR ticket stops scanning.
