Golf outing registration that pays for the outing.

Foursomes, hole sponsors, and dinner seats on one page. No per-ticket platform fee, so the proceeds go where the committee intended.

A whole scramble, modeled.

Every line below is a ticket type with its own price and cap. Same checkout, same order list, same export.

Prices shown are the Northeast Ohio pattern we built against, not a template you are stuck with. Set your own and change them after you publish.

The parts that usually go wrong.

Early bird nobody remembers to close

Give the early tier an end date and the regular tier a start date. The handoff happens on its own at midnight, whether or not anyone is watching.

Foursomes sold as four singles

A foursome is its own ticket type with a limit of one per order. The seat count still drops by four, so your capacity stays honest.

Sponsor checks that arrive by mail

Record the check as an offline order against the sponsor package. It fills the same inventory and shows on the same report as the cards.

The morning-of walk-up

Take the cash, record the order at the table, and capacity updates before the shotgun start. No reconciling a paper list afterward.

Who is actually here

Scan QR codes at check-in from a phone. The committee sees the head count without counting heads.

What the outing keeps.

At 144 golfers and $165 a head, Eventbrite’s published service fees come to about $1,137 before card processing. Here that line does not exist.
